Exchange/Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a merchandise for a different size or color, you must notify us within 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise. For exchange, email us your desired size or color. Any unauthorized or unrecognized return or exchange request will result in additional handling charges as described below. If you want us to email you the return label, there will be an additional returning shipping charge and handling charge for return or exchange unless it is due to a merchandise defect or wrongly sent merchandise. The shipping charge depends on the package size. If you’d like to use the carrier of your choice and create your own shipping label, we recommend you using a carrier that offers delivery with tracking ability and insurance. Unless due to the merchandise defect AND/OR size discrepancy, all other returns made due to the buyer's mistake will result in a restocking fee of 20% of each item being returned. The merchandise sent to us for exchange or return must be unworn and unwashed with the tag still attached, or found to be defective upon delivery. If the item is found to be defective, please take pictures of both packaging and the merchandise and email us the pictures along with return authorization request. When you return the defective items, please include the original packaging. Without original packaging, return or exchange request for defective items will not be accepted. Please do not put cologne or perfume on the merchandise since we will not accept it or charge penalty restocking fee of 50% of each item being returned with such conditions. The penalty restocking fee of 50% of each item being returned or exchanged will also be applied if the item is found to be worn, washed, or damaged by customer. For exchange, your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. No return or exchange will be allowed for return request that is requested after 14 calendar days after the delivery of the merchandise.  An unauthorized or unrecognized return or exchange request will not be accepted either, that is you won't get a refund for such return or exchange request. If you still wish to return or exchange the merchandises after 14 calendar days of receiving the merchandise or return the merchandises without our approval, there will be $5.00 of special handling charge per a piece of merchandise you wish to return/exchange on top of the above mentioned penalty restocking fee no matter what the reason for the return or exchange is. So, it is crucial for you to submit your return/exchange request within 7 calendar days upon receiving the order.
